I used to love bounty bars when I wasn’t following a plant-based diet. Thankfully, they are very easy to veganize.
- 3,0 dl powdered sugar
- 1,5 dl coconut cream
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 6 dl coconut flakes
- 150 g vegan chocolate
- 3-4 dl coconut flakes on top
- Combine the coconut cream with powdered and vanilla sugar and the coconut flakes. Place the micture into the freezer for about 30 min to make it more easy to form into balls.
- Form the mixture into 15 equal sized balls. Place back into the freezer for a few minutes to firm up.
- Melt the chocolate. Coat the coconut bites first with chocolate, then with some coconut flakes. Place back into the freezer for a few minutes to firm up.
The bounty-bites taste just like their inspiration. Store them in the fridge and consume to satisfy your sweet-tooth!
