Vegan cashew-oat yoghurt

Cashew-oat yoghurt

  • 3 dl cashews
  • 1 dl oats
  • 2-3 dl water
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • (sweetener of choice)

 

Recipe:

  1. Soak the cashew overnight or 20 minutes in boiling water.
  2. Blend all of the ingredients in your blender, serve cold with berries, granola, anything you want (if you want the yoghurt to be thicker, add less water)!
